Returns

TRY IT. LOVE IT. OR RETURN IT.

Buying fragrance online shouldn't feel like a gamble.

Try your PARLA fragrance in the comfort of your home. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, even if you've tried it.

Just make sure at least 90% of the fragrance remains and it's returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For full details, see our Refund Policy.
