At Parla, we are committed to providing high-quality, designer-inspired perfumes that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Condition of Item: The perfume must be lightly used. We define "lightly used" as no more than 10% of the product being consumed. Products that are heavily used or nearly empty will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, and other items that were included with the shipment.
These conditions are in place to avoid abuse of our return policy and ensure fairness for all customers.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at help@parla.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Rejection: If your return is not approved due to heavy usage or any other reason, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perfumes that are heavily used (more than 10% of the product consumed).
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
