We are thrilled to offer our designer-inspired perfumes to customers across Australia. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery times, costs, and guidelines.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, Parla ships only within Australia. We are unable to fulfill orders to international addresses at this time.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options and Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (2–8 business days):
- Flat Rate: $12.00 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of 3+ perfumes qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping (1–4 business days):
- Flat Rate: $16.00 AUD
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier services. Regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through our courier’s website.
Address Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We may not be able to accommodate address changes once an order has been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-dispatch the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Parla is committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Lost Orders: Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window. We will work with our courier to locate your package or provide a suitable resolution.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
